🚀 Launching the Process

To test a process, start by clicking the “Share a link” button:

You then have several options to share the identification link:

• 📋 Copy or open the link directly from the admin console
• 📧 Send the link by email via the ID360 platform
• 📱 Send the link by SMS via the ID360 platform

In the preproduction environment, you can upload specimen documents to perform end-to-end tests without using personal documents.

Please note that in the preproduction environment:

• proof files are not archived;
• the image retention period is configurable (default: 86,400 minutes, i.e. approximately 2 months).

To allow specimen uploads, make sure to enable the “Allow specimen upload” option in the journey configuration, as illustrated below:
